There seems to be a huge market in making people comfortable. There is every conceivable product available on the market geared towards making people feel more comfortable. These products range from personal care to being comfortable as we drive. The only uncomfortable task is sorting out which of the products perform as they claim for the best values.One of the items leading the crusade for personal comfort is the mattress industry. There are entire infomercials dedicated to persuading the person to buy one mattress or another. My sister and her husband bought a memory foam mattress. They had tried out several other brands, and had even brought one of the main competitors for memory foam mattresses home for a thirty day trial. When that trial period was over they brought home the memory foam mattress. They still have it at their house and that has been four years ago. They fell in love with it. They like the way the foam contours to support your body. My sister feels that it is like sinking into water. She thinks it is a weightless feeling that allows for uninterrupted sleep. She said the claims that they make on the commercial about not being able to feel any movement from the person sleeping next to you are true. Her husband has always been a person to toss and turn a great deal during the night. She does not know if the memory foam mattress has stopped him from doing this or if she just does not feel it, regardless they are both sleeping through the night and getting up feeling relaxed and well rested. My husband and I were in the market for a new mattress shortly after my sister and her husband made their big purchase. They had asked us to house sit while they were out of town on a business trip. They have a small dog in the house so they need someone to care for it while they are gone. While we were dog and house sitting we tried sleeping on their memory foam mattress. We were both impressed how about how well we slept and how the aching feeling we often have in our joints was gone in the morning. We decided that we would buy the same mattress for ourselves. We went to the store that sells them in our area and made arrangements for delivery. The sales clerk wanted us to try the thirty day trial offer, but we told him we already tried one and had made up our minds. We have been sleeping great ever since we brought our new mattress home.
